The Ontario Funeral Service Association recently launched a new video message entitled, "The Difference". The video encourages families to know who they are dealing with at the time of a loss.

OFSA represents funeral professionals and family owned funeral homes in Ontario as well as provides information and resources to the funeral industry, and consumer information about funerals and choosing a funeral home wisely.
